How do I order?
Reserve online through our Shop page.
How is pricing determined?
Whole, Half, and Quarter shares are priced on actual hanging weight at processing — the price shown is an estimate, with the final amount set once your beef is weighed. The Eighth share is a fixed-price 45 lb box.
What's the deposit for?
Your deposit reserves your share. The remaining balance is due once your final weight (or, for the Eighth, your order) is confirmed.
When will my order be ready?
Check the Shop page for current availability windows.
Where does the beef come from?
Every animal is raised, fed, and finished on our own pasture — the same ground our family has worked since 1916.
How do I check on an existing order?
Use the "Look Up Your Order" link in the footer, or the confirmation link you were sent when you ordered.
