We set pickup locations in reasonable proximity throughout the Oklahoma City metro area, based on where our orders come from. Email us with your location and we'll confirm your pickup spot before you order.
How much meat do I actually take home?
About 60% of the hanging weight. A quarter (around 180 lbs hanging) puts roughly 108 lbs of packaged beef in your freezer; a half (around 360 lbs hanging) roughly 216 lbs.
How much freezer space do I need?
Figure about 1 cubic foot of freezer space per 35 lbs of take-home meat. A quarter needs roughly 3 cubic feet — a small chest freezer handles it.
How is the final price determined?
Whole, half, and quarter shares are priced on actual hanging weight at processing — the price shown is an estimate, with the final amount set once your beef is weighed. The Eighth is a fixed-price 45 lb box.
